Cultivating a Transformational City Network Cohort
Group Coaching
One of the primary ways City Leaders Collective serves city network leaders is by facilitating the “Cultivating a Transformational City Network Coaching Cohort.” This cohort will allow city network leaders to dive deep into our two overarching frameworks seen below.
1) The Four Greats: our external vision framework that helps city network leaders engage the whole church of their city in the four primary themes of Christ’s mission for the holistic flourishing of their city.
2) The City/Tree: our internal coaching framework that helps city network leaders solve for each aspect of building and leading a transformational city network.

What to Expect
- 90 minute monthly group coaching sessions (Including teaching, discussion and tools)
- Strategic, facilitated training unpacking the CLC frameworks
- A peer learning environment with city network leaders, including breakout groups for individual processing
What You Get
- Video curriculum on CLC frameworks
- Custom handouts with questions for personal/organizational application
- Up to three (3) participants from your organization in coaching sessions (Must be director / officer level)
- CLC Coaching Connect platform for ongoing dialog / Q&A
